Description: Large bronze axe head having a central socket shaft with the blades set perpendicularly to each other. Fine incised geometric decoration around the top and sides of the shaft. Overall strong deep blue-green surface patina. Intact. An excellent large example. Together with a bronze spearhead having a central blood ridge. Tang has four mounting holes with two of the original rivets. Overall encrusted blue-green surface patina. Some loss to the end of the tang and blade tip, general roughness to both blade edges.
