Description: |
Gray-tan stone carved figure having deeply drilled eyes, very wide, stylized nose and a tiny jutting mouth. Striated hairdo and flanked by unusual, perforated ears. Figure stands on bowed legs with arms held to sides, hands missing. Drilled for suspension through the head, above the ears. Losses to feet. Custom metal base. A rare type. |
