Description: |
Large creamy-tan color hollow pottery standing figure, depicted leaning in a forward position, having very wide, bulbous shoulder and hips. Wearing a large dome shape headdress decorated with a large relief circular element and a stepped geometric element. Simple refined facial features. Overall scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Head and a portion of her face are reattached with restoration over the break lines, both feet are partially restored, otherwise intact. An elegant example. |
