Multicolor painting on a rectangular hardwood panel depicting a standing Cardinal wearing a fancy multi-tiered crown, and having long curly hair and a full beard. Wearing a long cape having a floral decoration, with long ribbon ties. Holding a processional cross staff in his raised right hand, and a key in his left hand. Large red flowers surround the figure. General surface darkening and some scattered minor paint losses, otherwise intact. |
