Large brass alms dish decorated with a central roundel with a relief depiction of Adam and Eve standing in the Garden of Eden, under the apple tree, with a snake entwined around the trunk, Eve with the apple in her hand. Outer rim border with a stamped geometric decoration. Two small punched nail holes in the center of the top rim for hanging. Exhibits some normal high point wear from use, otherwise intact. A nice example. |
