The credit card will only be processed under conditions of final sale. For those who cannot use the secure order form, a nonsecure order form is available. To enter the nonsecure form, click on the box below. Of course one can also order using more traditional methods such as post and telephone. Simply print out the non-secure order form and then fill it out and send it. At the bottom of the nonsecure order form is the information necessary to send a request by these means.
