Description: |
Two-tone redware pottery seated female figure, holding one hand to her cheek, left arm held across her stomach. Incised facial scarification on both cheeks. Painted black eyes, hair and neck. Wearing an ankle length dress. Strong scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Chip on rim of head spout, otherwise intact. A nice example. |
