First a flat gingerbread type Michoacan standing female figure, holding both hands to her stomach and wearing a large headdress. Some remaining ocher and white decorative highlights. Surface flake on left foot, otherwise intact. Together with a Colima gingerbread standing figure wearing a horned headdress and pendant necklace. Painted black striped body decoration and highlights. Strong mineral deposits on the surface. Chip on the tip of the nose, otherwise intact. Custom hardwood base. |
