Description: Including three different small carved white alabaster marble bowls having red-brown and cream bands. The largest example has a 1” restored chip chip and a few smaller unrestored rim chips. The tallest example is intact. A nice example. The ovoid example has some minor ancient rim loss, otherwise intact. Together with a tiny black-green stone celt blade. Intact.
Provenance: The Breitbart Collection, exhibited MMA, 1986-1999, two with red painted museum numbers: “L.1986.6.7.” & “...6.6”. Ex. Sothebys NYC, Sale 7323, lot 368.
