Description: |
Very large reddish-brown hollow pottery standing female figure having short pointy outstretched arms, nicely sculpted pre-classic facial features. Painted simple linear red, black and white decorative elements. Scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Head reattached, repaired from approximately eight original pieces with restoration over the breaklines. Quite scarce in this large size. |
