Description: |
Black on white decorated olla having a finely painted wide body band of six large scroliate elements on a stepped and fine linear ground. Lobed shoulder with an upper collar band of interlocking triangiular elements and a lower triangular belt band. Repaired from approximately twelve orininal pieces with break lines slightly visible, and two minor small areas of fill. Some repair and restoration to the collar. A beautifully decorated example. |
