Fine polychrome decorated pottery seated figure, resting both crossed arms on his raised knees. Large bulbous head with a tapered jawline, beautiful painted ceremonial decoration on his face, body painted red-brown with cream color pants, and black and white painted highlights. Scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Intact, exc. cond. A beautiful example. |
