Large blackware pottery vase, decorated in relief with a stylized animal head with his two front legs flanking his head. All contained in a wide front panel, with undecorated panels having relief linear borders around the vase, upper band of finely incised linear zigzag decoration. Overall scattered areas of surface deposits and root marks. Two very minor rim flakes, otherwise intact, exc. cond. |
