Theater mask, finely carved, of thin lightweight wood in form of a hirsute character with red-brown skin, bulging eyes, bulging nose with flaring nostrils, and full open lips. Human hair forms short hairdo, with applied horsehair brows, moustache and goatee. Black elastic band for wearer still attached. Finely painted details. Minor nicks. |
