Description: |
Large orangeware pottery standing male figure, holding a long paddle-like club, wearing a disc pendant. Depicted with a conical head and large tab ears, angular nose and narrow wide mouth. Overall strong surface and mineral deposits. Club is repaired from two original pieces and reattached, figure repaired from approximately six original pieces with restoration over the break lines. |
