Description: |
Two different natural buff color pottery examples, including a large sitting female figure holding a knife in her raised right hand, and wearing a fancy banded headdress and pendant necklace. Legs crossed at her ankles, with a female child reclining on her lower legs. Arms and head reattached and a repaired break across her hips, restoration over the break lines. Together with two seated figures engaged in a fight, pulling one another’s hair and grasping arms. A large vessel beside the figures. One arm restored, otherwise intact. Both are interesting examples. |
