Description: |
Two different pottery examples, including a pre-classic, salmon-buff color solid pottery, standing female figure, cradling her breasts with her arms, hands on stomach, large pointed nose. Wearing a fancy head band, ear spools and decorated necklace. Missing the tip of her left leg, otherwise intact. Custom hardwood block base. Together with a Chancay hollow molded standing male figure, reddish-brown slip ground with painted white elaborate decoration. A few very minor scattered edge flakes, otherwise intact. A scarce type. |
