Description: |
Large hollow molded buff color pottery standing figure, wearing a large dome headdress with side lappets, multistrand necklace and an ankle length skirt. Arms or sleeves are intricately decorated with a fine geometric textile pattern. Some remaining ocher and blue-green pigment highlights. Head cleanly reattached and missing the lower portion of the right headdress lappet, otherwise intact. Custom metal base. |
