Description: |
Salmon color pottery standing male figure playing a panpipe, held to his mouth with both hands. Wearing a conical, flat top hat. Some remaining black and white painted striped decoration. Perforations through both lug type shoulders. Scattered areas of mineral deposits on the surface. Tip of right shoulder lug reattached and a few scattered minor surface chips, light surface erosion mostly on his left leg, otherwise intact. A rare type. |
