Description: |
Large blackware pottery cocoon shape vessel standing on a low pedestal foot, wide short neck and tapered lip rim. Body of the vessel is decorated with incised bands. A few traces of orange-pink pigment on the neck. Overall scattered areas of surface deposits. Intact, exc. cond. Quite rare in this very large size. |
