Fine natural buff-brown pottery female figure seated with legs crossed and forearms resting on her knees. Long finely striated hairdo with a ponytail down the center of her back. Beautiful serene facial features. Wearing ear ornaments and a belted loincloth. Highlighted with red-orange pigment. Repairs to both upper arms and a restored break through the waist, otherwise intact. Painted black lucite cube base. |
