Rotund polychrome decorated pottery standing female figure holding both hands to her stomach. Depicted with a toothy grin and pierced ears. Red slip ground with black and white geometric decoration on her chest, back and loincloth. Scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Small upper lip chip and restoration to the lower lip. Right leg reattached with restoration over the breakline. A beautiful classic example. |
