Solid buff-brown pottery examples including a fine Chupicuaro figure wearing an elaborate headdress having finely striated details. Holding a rattle in hid right hand. Some remaining red pigment highlights. Scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Intact, exc. cond. Together with a Tlatilco seated male figure having a large raised head crest, holding both hands on his stomach. Painted red and black highlights. Intact. Both are nice examples. |
