Carved gray stone kneeling corn god, depicted wearing a tall tapered headdress with long side lappets and decorated with relief carved geometric decoration and two floral elements. Holding both hands to the side of her breasts. Some remaining pink-red surface highlights. Overall excellent ancient surface patina. Ancient loss to her nose, ancient chip on the rear head ridge and some scattered small ancient edge chips, otherwise intact. |
