Description: |
Group of twelve various stone and faience pottery examples including five different carved stone winged heart votive amulets. All are intact. Two different Uzat eye amulets, including a carved black stone example, having a chip on the tip of the beard, together with an oval openwork uzat eye, glaze faded, otherwise intact. A pottery reclining bull, overall glaze wear and missing his buttocks. A carved red jasper votive cow, legs bound, overall surface weathering. A stone votive plaque with an incised X decoration, overall surface weathering. The upper portion of a blue-green faience pottery Ptah amulet. Finally, a a kneeling figure pottery amulet, having overall glaze wear. |
