Description: |
Group of nine various Pre-Columbian examples, including the similar Teotihuacan molded pottery faces, the medium size example is repaired from six original pieces, the other two are intact. Two footed drinking vessels, both are intact. An orangeware Costa Rican zoomorphic bowl, missing the lower portion of one tripod leg, otherwise intact. An orangeware tripod bowl with loop handle and a simple tiny relief face. Intact. An orangeware Maya zoomorphic whistle, legs and tail restored. Finally, a pottery skunk, painted black with white stripes, probably Chancay. Missing his raised tail, otherwise intact. |
