Carved speckled hardstone abstract crouching jaguar, having a multi-linear face and snout, wide mouth with two large front teeth, legs folded under, wide rounded rear hunch. Overall excellent ancient surface patina with scattered surface deposits. Intact, exc. cond. A rare type, and a very nice example. |
